The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Business Partner who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys being close to the business. In this role, you'll partner with managers and employees across assigned teams to support everything from coaching and employee experience to organizational planning and talent development.

You'll work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and collaborate across the HR team to help scale thoughtful HR practices that support both business goals and employee growth.

Responsibilities
  • Build trusted relationships with managers and employees across assigned business functions
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, team dynamics, feedback, and navigating challenging conversations
  • Support employee relations matters with professionalism, empathy, sound judgment, and discretion
  • Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to support organizational effectiveness, engagement, retention, and team health
  • Help drive key people processes, including performance reviews, talent planning, promotions, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, and development planning
  • Use employee feedback, engagement data, exit interviews, and business insights to identify trends and recommend practical improvements
  • Support managers through organizational changes, team growth, and workforce planning discussions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, HR operations, leadership, and other HR partners to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience
  • Help improve and simplify HR tools, resources, and processes to make support more scalable and manager-friendly
  • Contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing culture where employees feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow
Requirements
  • 4+ years of progressive HR experience in an HRBP, People Partner or similar role
  • Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core people programs
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of an organization
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive situations thoughtfully and professionally
  • Comfortable using employee feedback, people data, and business context to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and helping teams thrive
  • Experience in technology, media, advertising, or other high-growth environments preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience
