OVERVIEWThe ATCO Flexible Products HRBP Manager will act as a
strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees, driving initiatives across talent attraction/ development, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture within a
dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll partner with leadership to align talent strategies with operational and organizational goals, drive business performance, and cultivate a

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Partnership- Serve as a key member of the business team, supporting business objectives through people insights and workforce planning.
- Using data, provide guidance on workforce planning and team effectiveness.
- Provide guidance on change management and growth initiatives within the business.
Employee Experience & Engagement- Drive programs focused on engagement, retention, and development.
- Serve as the lead HR partner for the business, supporting and growing programs which drive a performance-based culture.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Talent Management & Development- Evolve the recruitment and onboarding processes to create career successes.
- Partner with leaders to identify and develop talent pipelines.
- Support performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives.
- Support a broad workforce that ranges from front line operations and executive leaders.
Employee Relations- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, and communication.
- Ensure fair and consistent resolution on employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and company practices.
Operational Excellence- Build and refine HR processes and policies to align with company goals.
- Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform business decisions.
- Lead the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll for the ATCO business.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP support
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards
- Experience leveraging HR analytics tools, dashboards, or AI-enabled platforms to inform decisions. Proficiency in Dayforce a plus.
- Strong learning agility and curiosity to continuously adapt HR practices in an evolving AI landscape
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS- Proven ability to understand business goals and then design & implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of the HR function within the company.
- Proven bias for action as evidenced through proactive, innovative and value-creating solution implementation.
- Proven ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- Success in creating & driving effective and positive employee relations.
- Demonstrated success using leadership competency models to develop hi potential employees.
- Well-versed in a variety of Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures.
