Pay Rate:

$75,000 - $120,000

About The Role:

The HR Business Partner is based in Memphis, TN and reports directly to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation & Staff HR. This role provides strategic and operational HR partnership to the Supply Chain and Procurement teams, supporting leaders and employees across both functions. The HRBP plays a key role in executing people strategies, building organizational capability, enabling talent development, and driving a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership
  • Serve as the primary HR partner to Supply Chain and Procurement leadership teams, aligning HR solutions with business goals.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and capability-building initiatives
  • Support execution of enterprise HR strategies, programs, and processes across supported teams.

Talent & Leadership Development
  • Execute talent management processes including succession planning & performance management.
  • Identify capability gaps and recommend targeted development solutions for individuals and teams.
  • Facilitate leadership coaching conversations and provide guidance on performance, development, and employee relations.

Employee Relations & Culture
  • Provide counsel to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employment matters, ensuring consistency and fairness.
  • Investigate and help resolve employee issues, conflicts, and concerns with an emphasis on early intervention and positive outcomes.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management
  • Partner with leaders to implement organizational improvements that increase effectiveness, agility, and employee engagement.
  • Support ongoing change initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruiting, selection, and onboarding.
  • Offer insight on talent strategy and provide a strong point of view on assessing candidates and building strong teams.

Training, Communication & Engagement
  • Identify and coordinate training needs; design and deliver targeted learning sessions when appropriate.
  • Support communication plans for functional initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent messaging.
  • Drive engagement action-planning and partner with leaders to build inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Key Challenges:
  • Supporting leaders through complex business transformations and prioritization demands.
  • Influencing without authority and coaching leaders with confidence.
  • Maintaining strong relationships across functions while operating with speed and agility.

About You: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5-7 years of general HR experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on deliverables
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Dayforce experience a plus
