Human Resources Business Partner - AmericasSupporting our operations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day execution of HR. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution.
- Partner with business leaders across the Americas to align people strategies with business priorities and drive organizational performance.
- Coach and support managers on leadership, performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management initiatives that support business transformation.
- Act as the primary HR partner for employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with leaders throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, development, promotions, and offboarding.
- Drive annual talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Connect business needs with the right HR expertise to deliver impactful people solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
- Analyze people data and trends to provide insights, identify opportunities, and support informed business decisions.

QualificationsQualification we're looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders.
- Proven experience supporting organizations across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation, restructures, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing complex employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and coaching managers.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders and translate business needs into practical people solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed, or global organization.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally throughout North America.
