The Human Resource Senior Manager offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful HR strategies that directly shape organizational success. You will drive talent, labor relations, and workforce initiatives across a complex multi-site environment while partnering with leadership to enhance performance and engagement. Your work ensures compliance, strengthens talent pipelines, and enables business growth through effective HR programs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Direct employee and labor relations activities, including negotiations and issue resolution
• Drive talent management processes including recruiting, performance management, labor cost planning and execution, and succession planning
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, compliance standards, and governance practices
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver HR programs, drive productivity and support organizational structure optimizations and initiatives across the organization
Skills:
• HR functional expertise: Employee & labor relations, talent management, compensation practices, and multi-site HR operations
• Compliance & risk management: Knowledge of labor laws, policy interpretation, investigations, and audit readiness
• Business & data acumen: Ability to analyze HR metrics, support workforce planning, and align HR decisions with business performance

Education:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8 - 12 Years HR experience
• 5+ Years team leadership experience
• Union negotiation expertise
