Executive Opportunity

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Human Resources professional who thrives in a high-growth, performance-driven environment. The Director of Human Resources serves as the CEO's principal advisor on people strategy while personally leading day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will combine strategic judgment with operational excellence, building scalable talent practices, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring full compliance across a geographically distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all human resources operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, onboarding, offboarding, and performance processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Recruit, assess, and onboard exceptional talent aligned with company culture and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliant employment practices across applicable jurisdictions.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HRIS (ADP), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Lead employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and effective conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Design initiatives that strengthen engagement, accountability, retention, leadership capability, and organizational culture.
  • Support workforce planning, organizational design, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver onboarding, compliance, and management training programs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Must have SHRM certification.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with broad generalist responsibilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, HRIS, recruiting, and employee relations.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership in a growing organization.
  • Proficiency with ADP or comparable HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, judgment, discretion, and executive presence.
