Full Job Description
We are a growing team of marketers, engineers, and operators looking for a Human Resources Manager to help us build a strong team as we expand. This role will lead talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

The Human Resources Manager will work on-site at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.

Responsibilities
  • Lead recruiting across our clinics and headquarters, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers.
  • Partner with clinic managers to identify staffing needs and plan for growth.
  • Manage onboarding and off-boarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and help resolve workplace concerns.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, time off, and performance reviews.
  • Help build a positive workplace culture.


Compensation
  • Full-time: $ 90,000 to $120,000
