Full Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees while helping drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and company culture.

The ideal candidate combines strong HR fundamentals with the ability to operate in a fast-paced consulting environment where growth, client service, and talent development are critical to success.

Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Leadership Support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, coaching, and performance concerns.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Support leaders in creating high-performing, engaged teams.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Performance Management & Employee Development
  • Administer performance review and goal-setting programs.
  • Partner with leadership to identify training and development opportunities.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Assist managers with performance improvement plans and employee coaching.


Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support policy development and employee handbook updates.
  • Partner with legal counsel when necessary regarding employment matters.
  • Assist with HR audits and compliance reporting.


Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate employee events and company-wide communications.
  • Support diversity, inclusion, and wellness initiatives.
  • Drive onboarding experiences that enhance employee retention and productivity.


Qualifications
Required

  • Experience working in a consulting, managed services, or professional services organization.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 1000+ employees.
