Human Resource Business Partner at Centrus Energy, you'll be a trusted people partner to leaders and employees alike-bridging business goals with smart, human-centered solutions. This role blends hands-on HR execution with consultative support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and benefits, helping leaders build strong teams in a highly regulated, mission-driven environment.
What You Will Do:You'll partner closely with managers and employees to bring HR programs to life-supporting recruiting and onboarding, advising on employee relations and performance conversations, administering benefits and HR processes, and ensuring data integrity across HR systems. You'll help translate policies into practical guidance, support workforce planning and talent decisions, maintain compliant records, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR programs that keep Centrus growing, engaged, and aligned with our mission.
We'd Love to Hear from People With:- 3+ years of progressive HR or related experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Hands-on experience supporting workforce planning, recruitment strategy and employee relations.
- Experience maintaining employee data and records in an HRIS Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a "Q" level security clearance.
A Successful Candidate Brings:- Associate's degree or other specialized or technical training
- Experience working in Oracle Fusion, ADP, or similar HR systems
- Working knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations Already possesses a "Q" level security clearance
