Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and coach to site leadership, influencing business decisions and people strategies
  • Lead and support employee relations, including interpretation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and grievance management
  • Drive workforce planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning and critical role development
  • Contribute to and deploy the Human Capital strategy, acting as a change agent across both sites
  • Support managers with HR best practices, policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Lead health & safety culture initiatives, including injury management and return-to-work programs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness

  • Salary range 005: $89,000 à $111,300 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
  • This position is based in Burnaby, with travel to Victoria required approximately every two weeks.


'Your role in achieving results:'
We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team, supporting both our Burnaby and Victoria Fresh facilities. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, driving impactful HR initiatives while supporting leaders and employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
