We are seeking an
HSE Superintendent to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country.

Responsibilities - Support the implementation of HSE management systems that support the project needs. These will include site-specific plans and programs.
- Provide technical guidance to the assigned project.
- Assist management, supervision, and employees in the planning, recognition, evaluation, and mediation of risk.
- Facilitate and/or conduct HSE training for the project as needed, and ensure training is tracked internally as required.
- Lead or participate in investigation of incidents, including causal analyses, and prepare incident report(s).
- Regularly communicate the status of the project's HSE culture and performance with project and Nox Management.
- Provide injury management from a site level and support workers' comp case management.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting with internal and external support including, but not limited to, claims processing, return to work, light duty assignment, closure of claims, and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Provide direction and guidance for any employees under your supervision
Qualifications- A minimum of three years of construction HSE experience preferred or a degree in OHS related field is acceptable in lieu of field experience.
- Prefer at least one year in a supervisory role (can be non-HSE related), and experience with the craft and work activities to be performed on the project (i.e.: electrical, welding, crane, and equipment operation, rigging, etc.).
- Capable of providing HSE management for small to midsize projects (60 employees).
- Ability to manage HSE teams of three or less.
- Thorough understanding of construction work practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (includes use of proper grammar, spelling, etc.).
- Ability to foster compromise that meets the needs of operations while maintaining compliance with policy.
- Advanced knowledge of behavior-based safety and human performance initiatives.
- Ability to positively motivate others and establish a positive and professional rapport with all employees, other site personnel and customers.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day.
- Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area.
- Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required.
- Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location.
Education/Certifications- NFPA 70E trained.
- NCCER Safety Technology* or other Nox-recognized certification and on path to obtain nationally recognized certification (BCSP, NASP, or other Nox-recognized certification provider) OR in an accredited degree program for occupational safety and health.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA standards and any other applicable regulations
- OSHA 500
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
