Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in HRIS roles, specifically with ADP systems.
• Proven track record in configuring HRIS modules and workflows.
• Strong leadership skills to supervise and mentor a team of analysts.
• Expertise in data governance, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain system performance.
• Experience in integration of various HR and vendor systems.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and governance of the ADP HRIS system.
• Supervise and mentor HRIS analysts and support staff.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.
• Manage integrations with ATS, benefits, and other vendor systems.
• Oversee system upgrades and implementation of new modules.
• Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, and IT to enhance operational processes.
• Develop training programs to optimize end-user engagement with the system.
