Job Summary The HRIS Supervisor owns the ADP HRIS ecosystem, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and optimal configuration and integration across all modules.
You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite. What you will do - Lead ADP configuration, workflows, security roles, and system governance
- Supervise, train, and mentor HRIS analysts and support staff; manage daily task distribution and performance evaluations
- Troubleshoot system issues and support end users
- Manage and set up integrations with ATS, benefits, Engagement and other vendors/platforms
- Oversee system upgrades, testing, and new module implementations
- Partner with HR Ops, Payroll, and IT to optimize processes
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize system utilization
- Ensure data accuracy through audits and governance practices

- Monitor system performance and address technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions
- Build advanced reports and dashboards as needed
- Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards in all system operations
