Job Title: HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Compensation: $97,650 - $115000 / Year

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

The Workday Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing Human Capital Management systems, with a strong focus on Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent & Performance modules. This role serves as a key functional and technical partner to HR, IT, and business stakeholders by analyzing business needs, configuring system solutions, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience across the employee lifecycle.

The position owns both day-to-day support and system enhancement initiatives, ensuring Workday functionality aligns with operational and strategic business goals. This includes system configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization of HR processes related to compensation, benefits administration, and talent management. The Workday Analyst also plays a critical role in supporting end users, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring scalable and compliant HR system operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for Workday HCM modules, specifically Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Talent & Performance.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, compensation cycles, benefit plans, enrollment events, and performance management workflows.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements, evaluate system needs, and implement scalable Workday solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve functional and technical problems to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Lead testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and Workday biannual release validation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and configuration standards.
  • Create and deliver advanced Workday reporting solutions, including calculated fields, EIBs, matrix reports, composite reports, and dashboards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionality and end-user experience.
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security standards are maintained across all Workday processes and integrations.
