HRIS Analyst
FT - Human Resources (On-Site)Grand River Health | Rifle, CO

What You'll Do

Administers and supports Human Resources Information System (HRIS) functions, serving as a key resource for system functionality, data integrity, reporting, and process improvement. Works collaboratively with HR team members, managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure efficient HR processes, accurate data, and effective use of HR technology.
  • Serves as the primary HRIS expert and point of contact for system functionality, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support. Maintains and optimizes HRIS modules to ensure systems remain current, efficient, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Manages system upgrades, patches, testing, and enhancements to ensure updates are implemented smoothly with minimal disruption. Maintains system security, user roles, permissions, and access while safeguarding the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of HR data.
  • Conducts regular audits and data reviews to identify discrepancies, maintain data quality, and support compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulatory requirements. Promotes consistent system use and adherence to standardized HR processes.
  • Creates and maintains dashboards, routine reports, and ad hoc analyses to support HR, finance, and organizational leaders. Develops training materials, job aids, user guides, and other resources to support employees, managers, and HR staff in effectively using HR systems.
  • Leads and contributes to HRIS-related projects, including new module implementations, system integrations, workflow automation, process improvements, and system enhancements. Serves as an HR subject-matter expert in cross-department technology initiatives and collaborates with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support standardized workflows and effective system practices.
  • Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.


Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced HR professional with strong HRIS knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to support and improve HR technology and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience preferred, with experience supporting HR information systems strongly preferred.
  • Experience with UKG preferred, with the ability to learn and effectively support HRIS functionality, workflows, reporting, and system processes.
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, as well as federal and state employment and benefit laws.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and positive image when interacting with employees, leaders, and the public.
