Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position:The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the organization's Human Resources Information System, with a primary focus on Rippling. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless HR processes while delivering insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Serve as the subject matter expert for the HRIS, including configuration, maintenance, and enhancements
- Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership teams
- Support and optimize HR workflows such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve them
- Lead system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
- Regularly audit HRIS data and workflows in Rippling to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
- Train HR and business users on system functionality and best practices
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of HRIS or HR operations experience (manufacturing or industrial environment preferred)
- Experience with system integrations (HRIS, ERP, timekeeping systems)
- Hands-on experience with Rippling (configuration, reporting, workflows)

- Familiarity with compliance requirements in manufacturing environments (labor laws, safety reporting)
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement environments
Targeted Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 + bonus
