Full Job Description
HRC Consultant

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor, guiding clients on best practices across HR functions (such as compensation, compliance with rules and regulations, policy development, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and labor laws
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring efforts
  • Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy implementation
  • Drive HR systems, process improvements, and key client projects

What You Bring
  • Four years or more of HR consulting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • HR designation such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or THRP

Preferred:
  • Five years of HR consulting experience with exposure to a wide variety of projects and clients, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
