HRC Consultant
What You'll Do
Serve as a strategic HR advisor, guiding clients on best practices across HR functions (such as compensation, compliance with rules and regulations, policy development, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, etc.)
Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and labor laws
Support organizational design, workforce planning, and restructuring efforts
Lead compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy implementation
Drive HR systems, process improvements, and key client projects
What You Bring
Four years or more of HR consulting experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
HR designation such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or THRP
Preferred:
Five years of HR consulting experience with exposure to a wide variety of projects and clients, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
