In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and employees on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and day-to-day HR support.
What you'll do- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational needs, and people-related priorities.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and team development.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
- Handle employee concerns and support workplace investigations when needed.
- Partner with recruiting and HR teams on hiring, onboarding, policies, and HR programs.
- Ensure HR practices comply with applicable U.S. federal and state employment laws.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
What you bring- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of HR experience, including HRBP, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
- Experience partnering with managers and supporting frontline or operational teams.
- Strong employee relations, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.
