Overview

***Must live in Orlando and be in office 4 days a week***

The HR Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR Technology programs of our company. This includes leading the design, implementation and ongoing support for technology utilized within the HR team. The HR Technology Manager will monitor the various plans and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives. They will also stay informed of industry changes and new developments to help the business keep up with best practice standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Design, administer and communicate Red Lobster's HR Technology programs (i.e. PeopleSoft/ partnership with IT, iCIMS, Cornerstone)
  • Write queries, create reports and dashboards for the HR team and company leaders
  • Manage reporting process needed for business items (i.e. EEOC filings)
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and providers and ensure procedures are followed to minimize costs
  • Equip business leaders and HR with knowledge, skill and capability around core HR Technology plans and processes
  • Serve as business partner to HR team for HR Technology
  • Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot HR system issues, and resolve conflicts
  • Serve as a people manager to a team of HR Technology analysts
  • Promote team effectiveness, provide clear direction, set and monitors high standards of excellence, proactively and fairly resolve performance problems
  • Communicate positive expectations when developing others, readily share knowledge and advice, provide candid, balanced, and regular feedback


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with HR Technology, preferably with PeopleSoft, iCIMS and/ or Cornerstone
  • SQL experience
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in HRIS software
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Strong ability to build relationships in a collaborative environment
  • Strong ability to persuade/influence others
