Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is directly responsible for the management of their respective job searches that begins with the position requisition process, through the extension of the offer of employment. In addition, as a member of the Talent Acquisition team, this professional is responsible to support this business unit in providing efficient and effective services that encompasses the acquisition of top talent, onboarding, and the new employee orientation programs of the organization.
Responsibilities
Conducts department specific behavior based interviews that include salary requirement, verification of minimum qualifications, behavioral standards, benefits overview, and confidentiality statement to determine the viability for the position, other positions, or the non-viability of each candidate.
Reviews Position Information report, Job Description, conduct intake session with hiring manager, and post position to website.
Determines pay rate based on position grade, quartile alignment, applicant experience, and internal equity, following the established pay practices.
Extends the formal offer of employment that includes a review of the position requirements, work schedule, pay rate (exempt/non-exempt), highlight company strengths-growth, mission, vision, and culture. Manages any counter offers, additional questions or feedback. Responsible for closing the requisitions and the documentation of the details of the offer of employment into the Applicant tracking system.
Provides weekly search updates to department managers, consults with recruitment team on sourcing initiatives/advertisements, and apprises TA Manager on any areas of concern for hard-to-fill positions.
Manages applicants in an efficient manner within 5 business days of application. Evaluates talent pool and consults with additional Talent Acquisition Partners to facilitate the consideration of candidates for other opportunities.
Serves as a consultant to address departmental staffing challenges, temporary employment needs, and changes or new job descriptions. Also provides support to the VRC/requisition processes.
Initiates search plan and contributes to the development of the sourcing plan.

Salary Range
The compensation range for this position is $28.76per hour - $48.03per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
