This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote within the Fulton Bank footprint as follows: DC, DE, MD, NJ, PA, VA.Occasional travel to Lancaster, PA is required.
Manages and enables HR operational excellence and compliance by providing system and digital solutions, managing online learning resources, providing ongoing execution and evaluation of departmental processes and procedures, and by building and sustaining reporting and measurement processes. Incumbents will consult with team members and management to identify, analyze, implement, and maintain modifications or enhancements to systems and/or operational workflows. Incumbents are the project lead for low rigor project and system administration, testing of new releases/upgrades, and provides training on new system functionality to stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesBachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: HR Administration, Business Administration, Project Management. (Required)
Experience3 or more years power user in HR systems (or similar systems) one or more modules. (Required)
3 or more years designing basic content and job aids, managing an integrated application, and managing a variety of design and logistic projects simultaneously. (Required)
3 or more years experience with Workday. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThis role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidates knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $64,700.00 - $107,900.00 annually.
Additional Compensation Components
This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
