About the Role:

The HR Services Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. The HR Services Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. By leading a team of HR professionals, this role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery that enhances employee experience and operational productivity. Ultimately, the HR Services Lead contributes to building a resilient and agile workforce that supports the company's growth and manufacturing excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices applicable to the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience managing HR teams and delivering HR services in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives within manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
