What You Will Do:An HR Program Analyst will provide onsite operational and project management support for our Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) client. Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support administrative tasks, such as ensuring document packages are signed in a timely manner, making sure leave slips are submitted appropriately
- Work closely with the SRO Leadership and Front Office team to identify and anticipate agency needs related to daily and strategic operations, as well as to understand the scope of desired projects that range from short-term (one-day turnaround) to long-term (fiscal year) outcomes.
- Organize and present decision-making points for agency leadership by providing recommendations as well as alternative solutions in a concise manner, keeping strategic goals and the agency mission in mind while also dealing with unexpected challenges.
- Coordinate data calls or other requests within the agency by developing clear and concise guidelines with definitive objectives and deadlines, then synthesize this information into high-quality products on behalf of agency leadership. Continually track any open actions from agency leadership and ensure timely completion by coordinating with the appropriate counterpart.
This role requires five (5) days a week on client site in Arlington, VA.
What You Will Need to Have:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- THREE (3) or more years' experience with program administrative support. Experience should include, but not be limited to:
- Document creation, coordination, and editing
- Demonstrated ability to support senior level leadership (SES)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with technical writing, editing, and product development
- Possession of excellent oral presentation skills
- Possession of excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to work on and track multiple projects and taskings while prioritizing the most urgent or important work
What Would Be Nice to Have:- PMP Certification
- Experience with Project Management tasks
