Hybrid - 4 Days on-site / 1 day remote

Purpose of Role

This is a high-impact HR leadership role where you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, translating strategy into meaningful people outcomes that drive performance and growth. You will shape and execute people initiatives, influence leadership decisions through data and insights, and play a key role in building organizational capability. Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives, partnering closely with leadership to deliver people strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Talent & Organizational Capability: Drive talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and capability building to support current and future workforce needs.
  • Employee Relations & Organizational Effectiveness: Lead employee and labor relations, including unionized workforce engagement, policy governance, compliance, and change management in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • People Strategy & Analytics: Leverage data and insights to inform workforce planning, identify trends, and guide strategic decision-making.
