Make a difference as an HR Manager

As a HR Manager at Krypton Solutions, you will be responsible for managing all HR-related functions and staff members across all Krypton locations. You will oversee the full breadth of HR operations while coordinating with your team to ensure uniformity in procedures everywhere we operate. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Managing all HR processes including payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, recruiting, HR data management, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Coordinating effectively with the HR team to ensure uniformity in HR procedures across all Krypton locations.
  • Providing hiring managers with the tools and guidance to hire and retain good talent.
  • Generating and filing necessary HR reports to relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Assisting in the HR portion of audits, including industry compliance bodies, and coordinating other HR-related audits.
  • Staying informed of regulation and policy changes and ensuring company compliance.
  • Working with management to improve Krypton's culture and employee experience.
  • Partnering with department heads and the executive management team on recruitment strategy for hard-to-fill positions, providing guidance and resolution.
  • Ensuring employee files are completed correctly and maintained; conducting audits as needed to ensure compliance.
  • Conducting employee training as needed.

What we're looking for in an HR Manager

To excel as an HR Manager at Krypton Solutions, you will need deep HR expertise paired with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ideally, candidates will have:
  • 5+ years' experience in human resources.
  • 2+ years' experience in all facets of HR including payroll, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, recruiting, HR data management, performance management, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Hands-on functional knowledge across the HR lifecycle with the judgment to lead a team and partner with executive stakeholders
  • Experience in a management position is a strong plus.
  • Strong ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking.
  • Ability to delegate work and lead a team.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and to work effectively with others from your own team and/or other teams.
