As an HR Manager, Craft Programs for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you will provide a strategic, and collaborative approach to elevating the craft workforce experience. This role focuses on enhancing enterprise-wide engagement, retention, and overall workforce experience while supporting PCL's goal of being an employer of choice for skilled craft professionals. Working closely with Operations to understand their realities, the Manager analyzes workforce trends, identifies emerging risks and opportunities, and collaborates with district teams and sector leadership to drive consistent HR practices and high-impact solutions. The role champions alignment, consistency, and continuous improvement across districts, achieving greater stability in craft HR practices while respecting the unique needs, differences in labor markets, and operational realities of each project and region.
