Job Description

Position Summary The HR Manager will support Human Resources initiatives at the Brookville, Pennsylvania location within the North America Global Healthcare division. This role partners closely with business leaders, site management, and employees to drive talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will help foster a culture of performance, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement while aligning HR programs with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support ensuring alignment with company policies, values, and business objectives.
  • Partner with site leaders and functional managers to address workforce needs, employee relations matters, talent retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives to attract, retain, and grow talent.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR strategies that support operational excellence, employee engagement, and business performance.
  • Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design activities to support current and future business needs.
  • Analyze and monitor HR metrics, including turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and time-to-fill, to identify trends and recommend solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, performance concerns, and compliance matters.
  • Support the implementation of learning and development programs, talent reviews, and career development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and company policies across supported locations.
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence and shared services teams to deliver consistent HR programs and processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; HR certification preferred.
  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or commercial organizations.
  • Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws, employee relations practices, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience utilizing Workday is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence managers, solve complex people issues, and drive HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing HR metrics to support decision-making.
