About the Role
This role serves as a strategic HR Leadership Partner, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to support business objectives through workforce planning, talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations. You will combine HR expertise, data-driven insights, and change management skills to help drive business 
performance, enhance employee engagement, and support the delivery of key people initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and act as a trusted business partner, supporting the delivery of business strategies and plans.
  • Identify, design, and implement HR frameworks and tools across recruitment, performance management, development, succession planning, compensation, benefits, diversity, onboarding, offboarding, and retention.
  • Provide specialist HR advice to senior managers to support policy implementation, projects, and change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver projects or workstreams within broader change management programs.
  • Analyze HR data and test multiple hypotheses to identify root causes of business challenges and opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
  • Investigate and manage complex employee relations matters, coordinating responses to legal cases and contributing to legal submissions.
  • Design and deliver strategic workforce planning analyses and resourcing scenarios to support organizational priorities.
  • Develop policies, business plans, improvement initiatives, and HR data management solutions that support business objectives.


Requirements

  • Extensive experience providing expert HR leadership and business partnership support across complex organizational environments.
  • Experience planning and managing resources to deliver business objectives and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Expert verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Expert planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and oversee multiple initiatives and competing priorities.
  • Advanced capability in HR data collection, analysis, and reporting to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
  • Advanced employee relations expertise, including management of complex cases and application of employment law, policies, and organizational frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively.
  • Advanced experience in organizational design, change management, HR systems and tools, project change management, and presentation of insights and recommendations to business leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and/or leading HR activities related to mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational transitions, including employee integration, change management, organizational design, and ensuring a seamless people transition.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
