Job DescriptionThis role combines senior-level executive administrative support with hands-on project management within HR Development. The individual partners closely with leadership to manage day-to-day priorities while planning and executing key initiatives that support the Development function.
This is a high-visibility role requiring strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities - Executive Support- Provide direct support to senior HR Development leadership, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and materials for leadership meetings
- Manage communications, including drafting responses and handling confidential information
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and meeting logistics
- Support leadership meetings, offsites, and events
Project Management & Execution- Plan, coordinate, and execute HR Development projects from initiation through completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and track progress against milestones
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership
Project Activities- Support project budgeting activities, including tracking spend and resource allocation
- Build and deliver polished presentations for senior leadership
- Track deliverables and follow up to ensure accountability
- Maintain project documentation and reporting dashboards
- Assist with resource planning across initiatives
Qualifications & Experience- Experience supporting senior leaders in an executive administrative capacity
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $92,000-$127,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
