Details

What you will do at Sogeti:
  • Analyze HR data models, business processes, and end-to-end data flows across Workday, SuccessFactors/Summit, Qualtrics, Talent Acquisition, Skills, and related HR platforms to identify critical data quality requirements.
  • Conduct data profiling, source-to-target mapping, and sample data assessments to identify anomalies, completeness gaps, accuracy issues, integrity risks, and data inconsistencies.
  • Review and assess Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to establish data quality controls focused on completeness, validity, consistency, uniqueness, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Define, document, and maintain Data Quality (DQ) rules, validation checks, thresholds, monitoring metrics, and control frameworks aligned with business requirements and enterprise data governance standards.
  • Perform data validation and analysis using SQL and Databricks to assess data quality and support issue resolution efforts.
  • Collaborate with HR business stakeholders, functional teams, data stewards, and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable data quality controls.
  • Facilitate discussions to align data quality standards with HR business objectives and operational needs.
  • Communicate data quality findings, risks, recommendations, and remediation plans to business and technical audiences.
  • Support data quality testing activities, including validation scenarios, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation readiness assessments.

What you will bring:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
  • Experience working with enterprise HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, Talent Acquisition systems, or similar HR applications.
  • Strong experience with SQL
  • Strong understanding of data quality management principles, data governance frameworks, and data lifecycle management.
  • Experience performing data profiling, data analysis, source-to-target mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
