The RoleHiggsfield AI is looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our growing global team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, creating exceptional employee experiences, and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
You'll partner closely with HR, Recruiting, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders to support onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, compliance, and day-to-day people operations. As one of the earliest members of our People team, you'll have the opportunity to help build scalable programs and processes as we continue our rapid growth.
What You'll DoEmployee Experience- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors across multiple locations.
- Deliver a seamless employee experience from offer acceptance through departure.
- Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and people programs.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, company events, and team communications.
HR & TA Operations- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
- Prepare employment documents including offer letters, employment agreements, compensation changes, and other HR documentation.
- Process employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, leave requests, and terminations.
- Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation requests.
- Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Manage interview scheduling, calendar logistics, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with background checks, and new hire onboarding logistics.
Compliance- Support new hire compliance, I-9 verification, E-Verify, and employment documentation.
- Assist with HR audits, policy updates, and employee handbook administration.
- Help maintain accurate personnel files and confidential HR records.
HR Systems & Process Improvement- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
- Create documentation and standard operating procedures for People Operations.
- Support implementation of new HR tools and programs as the company scales.
What We're Looking For- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or HR Administration.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong customer service mindset and passion for employee experience.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across functions.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.
