Full Job Description
Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, this intermediate level HR Business Partner role aligns clinical and operational talent strategies with healthcare quality goals to optimize organizational effectiveness. The role partners with medical and administrative leadership on workforce planning, talent retention, and employee engagement initiatives to support clinical delivery. By leveraging staffing data and healthcare market insights, the position influences operational decisions and guides change management across assigned units. Ultimately, this role executes HR programs that foster a high-performance culture focused on patient-centered care.

Annual Salary: $71,032.00 - $104,769.60

Qualifications

Education:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience.

Experience:
  • Requires a minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible Human Resources, Business or related experience that demonstrates a level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Certification/Licensure:
  • Prefer a Human Resources certification from HRCI or SHRM.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law.
  • Demonstrated investigation and interview skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and mediation abilities.
  • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in preparing reports, recommendations, and executive summaries.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
