Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational design, and change management, ensuring seamless integration of HR plans and business goals.
Talent Management:
  • Drive talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Work with leaders to identify, develop, and succession plan for key roles.
HR Solutions and Data-Driven Insights:
  • Design and deliver HR solutions that meet business needs, including employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends and provide data-driven insights to senior leaders and stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.
Change Management:
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transitions.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to drive business outcomes.
Employee Experience:
  • Foster a positive employee experience by promoting a culture of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to drive business outcomes.
Tactical Management of HR Actions:
  • Leaves management for assigned client-group
  • Annual comp planning


Required Skills and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of education, with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner role.
    * Experience in Employee Relations (ER) to include conducting investigations is required.
Skills:
* Strategic thinking and business acumen.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and performance management tools.
* Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with preferred experience using Excel and Tableau.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Education

* Experience working with a defense contractor or government contractor workforce, specifically SCA (Service Contract Act) workforce.
* SHRM-CP or PHR certification
