As an HR Business Partner specializing in Outreach and Talent Pipelines, you will serve as the principal advisor and program architect driving civilian force renewal across the U.S. Space Force (USSF). Operating at the nexus of strategic human capital and cutting-edge space missions, you will expand high-impact DAF and DOW enterprise talent pipelines-including Premier College Internships (PCIP), Palace Acquire (PAQ), Defense Civilian Training Corps (DCTC), SMART Scholarships, and specialized fellowships (such as NobleReach and CyberCorps). Drive Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Outreach:

You will build and negotiate strategic alliances across academia, industry, and interagency partners, establishing vital Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) to fuel the USSF talent ecosystem.
