Posting Description HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER , Division of Student Life (DSL), will work closely with DSL HR, the Staff Engagement Advisory Board, and leaders across the division to help make DSL the best place to work; support a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, and performance development; play a key role in implementing strategies that foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing workplace culture; be a trusted advisor to managers and staff, helping to navigate HR policies, resolve challenges, and support professional growth.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of four years of HR generalist experience preferably in higher education or a complex organization; strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; and passion for creating inclusive and positive work environments.
