Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including significant experience as a strategic People Business Partner.
Core Competencies:- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in complex, fast-paced organizations.
- Expertise across talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to measurable business results.
- A passion for innovation, transformation, and continuous improvement.
Preferences:- Experience supporting Wealth Management, Strategy and/or Sales organizations.
- Experience building executive presentations and talent insights that influence decision-making.
- Knowledge of incentive compensation programs.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience supporting high-growth organizations through periods of transformation and change.
Pay Range: $101,249.00 - $168,817.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
