You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy, leadership, culture, and innovation, helping leaders solve complex challenges, unlock talent potential, and build organizations that are ready for the future.

If you're energized by influencing executive leaders, using data to tell compelling stories, embracing AI-powered transformation, and helping people thrive, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

  • Partner with Wealth Management and Business Development leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Coach and influence leaders on talent decisions, organizational effectiveness, engagement, and team performance.
  • Help leaders anticipate what's around the corner, not just react to what's happening today.

Lead the Future of HR

We're reimagining how work gets done, and you'll help lead the charge.
  • Champion the integration of AI and emerging technologies into people practices.
  • Drive innovative, scalable solutions that improve efficiency and elevate the employee experience.

Build Teams That Win

Great talent doesn't happen by accident.
  • Partner with leaders to assess talent, identify capability gaps, and strengthen succession pipelines.
  • Facilitate leadership development conversations that build future-ready teams.

Turn Data Into Action

You know that every metric tells a story.
  • Use workforce analytics to uncover insights, spot trends, and proactively address talent risks.
  • Evaluate engagement, turnover, organizational health, and team effectiveness.
  • Translate data into meaningful recommendations that drive business outcomes.

Drive Change That Matters

Transformation is exciting, but it needs the right partner behind it.
  • Identify organizational friction points and create strategies that keep teams engaged and productive through change.
  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Systems, Legal, and Transformation teams to bring initiatives to life.
  • Help create a culture where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to grow.
