Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Boston based HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees across the organization. This role will play a key part in advancing InvoiceCloud's mission by driving talent strategy, improving employee experience, and enabling organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate operates as a proactive, trusted partner-capable of independently managing HR initiatives, advising leaders, and driving impactful people strategies across the business.

Builds Effective Teams
  • Partner with leaders on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design to enable high-performing teams
  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, feedback practices, and employee development
  • Identify organizational gaps and implement people strategies that support scalability and performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and geographically with Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Finance to align talent strategies with business goals

Drives Engagement
  • Lead engagement initiatives, including survey execution, data analysis, and action planning with leaders
  • Design and support programs that enhance employee experience across the lifecycle
  • Use insights from engagement data and exit interviews to identify trends and drive improvements; leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency of outputs
  • Partner with HR teams to implement initiatives that strengthen culture and retention

Takes Ownership
  • Independently manage employee relations matters with sound judgment, discretion, and a balanced approach
  • Partner with managers on Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), • Own HR processes including promotions, job changes, and Workday system updates
  • Drive reporting and analytics, including OKRs, KPIs, and workforce metrics to inform business decisions
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to support HR analytics, reporting, and process efficiency while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a progressive HR, HRBP, or HR Operations roles
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, and talent processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Strong understanding of generative AI tools and how to encorporate them into daily work to drive efficiency
  • Experience with HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) preferred

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

$110,000-$125,000 USD
