  • Operationalizing Success: You'll lead annual rollout of Job Effectiveness Plans (JEPs) and our performance review cycles, ensuring "excellence" isn't just a buzzword, but something we measure and reward.
  • Strategy & Insights: You'll dive into our people data to find the "why" behind the numbers-presenting insights on turnover, engagement, and culture to help us make smarter business decisions.
  • Talent Reviews & Succession: Partnering with the Senior Talent Partner you will contribute to the Talent Review process, identifying high-potential employees and ensuring we have a robust internal pipeline for future leadership.

Curating the Employee Experience

  • Leading the Narrative: From Town Halls to internal announcements, you'll be the voice of our culture, ensuring our team feels heard, informed, and inspired.
  • Navigating the Nuance: You'll handle the "whole bucket" of employee relations. You're the calm in the storm, resolving conflicts and conducting investigations with empathy and total professionalism.

Compliance & Operational Oversight
  • Compliance: You'll own our health and safety program and annual policies review process, as well as oversee compliance training completion throughout the year.
  • Mentoring Your Direct Report: You will lead and grow our HR Generalist, providing the guidance they need to execute flawless HR Operations, while helping them develop their HR advisor experience as well.
  • Payroll and Benefits: While you aren't in the weeds of every data entry, you'll provide the oversight to ensure our benefits and payroll are compliant, competitive, and humming along perfectly.

  • Talent Management: You have experience designing or executing performance review and Goal-setting cycles and know how to align them to business goals.
  • The "Consultant" Mindset: You can influence senior leadership and provide push-back when necessary, acting as a true advisor to the VP.
