Providence is calling for HR Business Partner - Full time, Day, Hybrid (Limited Term Engagement)

This position is a contractor HRBP role for a limited-term engagement that is expected to conclude on December 31, 2027. Subject to business needs and further management review, the engagement may be extended through the end of the first quarter of 2028.

Our HRBPs provide a broad range of strategic HR services to leaders within the business area(s) they support. Our HRBPs work in partnership with executives to address operational, talent, and talent life cycle-related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. HRBPs proactively translate the group's business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the team to meet its strategic objectives. HRBPs are extended members of executive and senior leadership and are close advisors to the leadership team. HRBPs work with operational leaders to ensure positive caregiver experiences for the client groups they support.

Required Qualifications:

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
