By integrating expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Integrators help leaders build stronger organizations, develop exceptional talent, and deliver measurable business results.

We believe leaders own talent and organizational outcomes. Our role is to coach, challenge, connect, and enable leaders with the insight, expertise, and integrated HR solutions they need to build high-performing organizations.

If you're looking for an opportunity to influence business performance—not simply support it—you'll find it here.

The Opportunity

The future of HR isn't about policies—it's about helping businesses perform at their best.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll begin your journey as a strategic business partner, working directly with leaders to solve workforce challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and improve organizational performance.

This role is ideal for professionals who are curious, business-minded, and eager to expand beyond traditional HR responsibilities. You'll gain broad exposure across HR disciplines while developing the consulting, business, and leadership skills that prepare you for increasingly strategic opportunities.

You'll coordinate expertise across Talent Experience & Acceleration, Total Rewards & Recognition, Employee & Labor Relations, Shared Solutions, and other HR Centers of Excellence to ensure leaders receive connected, business-focused solutions rather than isolated HR services.

You'll build trusted relationships, identify workforce opportunities and risks, and coach leaders through everyday people challenges while reinforcing one of our core beliefs: Your role is to help leaders become more effective by providing insight, coaching, and access to the right expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align people, workforce, and talent priorities with business goals.
  • Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, engagement, and leadership practices.
  • Coordinate expertise across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Support workforce planning, succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Use workforce analytics, employee insights, AI-enabled tools, and business metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Help leaders identify workforce challenges, explore root causes, and implement practical solutions.
  • Support organizational change initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Build collaborative partnerships across HR, Legal, Shared Solutions, and business teams.
  • Foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing work environment.
Why You'll Love This Role

This role offers an opportunity to accelerate your career while making a meaningful business impact.

You'll:

  • Partner directly with leaders on real business challenges.
  • Develop consulting, coaching, analytics, and business acumen.
  • Gain exposure across multiple HR specialties.
  • Learn how workforce decisions drive business performance.
  • Use workforce intelligence and AI-enabled technologies to improve outcomes.
  • Join an HR organization that's redefining how Human Resources creates value.
