In this role, you would:
Manage and oversee all Human Resource functions for the site.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, working to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manages the hourly work system (position level advancement structure, processes, and consistency).
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Partner with L&D Team to identify training needs and develop training plans and programs.
Evaluate and monitor the success of training programs, and follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
