About the Role

Our HR team is growing-and so is our business. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our organization.

In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and employees to provide proactive HR partnership, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive people strategies that directly impact business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day employee support with longer-term talent and organizational initiatives.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partnership & Talent Support
  • Partner with business leaders to address organizational needs, workforce planning, and talent strategies
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and leadership effectiveness
  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives

Employee Experience & Relations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary HR contact for employees
  • Proactively address employee concerns and foster a positive, engaging work environment

Hiring & Workforce Growth
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and onboarding of new talent
  • Coach managers on effective, compliant recruiting and interviewing practices

Change & Organizational Effectiveness
  • Support leaders and employees through organizational change, acting as a strategic partner to navigate evolving business needs, optimize operational effectiveness, and deliver HR support to a geographically distributed, remote workforce in a fast-paced environment

Programs & Initiatives
  • Champion HR programs across the business, including:
    • Performance management
    • Talent reviews & succession planning
    • Employee engagement & recognition
    • Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead or contribute to HR and cross-functional projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance HR service delivery

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Employee relations
    • Performance management
    • Talent management and development
    • Compensation practices
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations (multi-state experience a plus)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
