JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for supporting a highly available, fault-tolerant platform designed for Authorizations and Payment Platforms for Retail and Small Business Customers. The position involves server and platform maintenance, including patching, and requires expertise in both Guardian OS and OSS environments. A crucial aspect is managing and maintaining a significant number of HSMs and certificates, alongside supporting database technologies and ensuring the security and performance of the NonStop systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Server and platform maintenance and patching support
• Manage OS, Guardian OS, and OSS environments
• Perform Pathway CGI programming
• Utilize tools such as vi, make, bash, and ksh shell scripts
• Provide middleware support for Base24 (POS Debit) and Lusis Tango (Merchant Acquiring) with a focus on ICE SOAP, REST, oAuth, and MQ
• Support Networking aspects including load balancers, firewall policies, TCP/IP, NDM, UserAccess, and IPAM
• Manage Security components such as Safeguard, Hashicorp password vaulting, ACL, and users
• Handle ChronoStream DB feeds and understand ChronoStream DB (CSDB) functionalities
• Manage certificate maintenance for over 100 certificates
• Conduct baseline reviews and audits
• Execute failover exercises for ARC test and Data Center Isolation
• Support and maintain 132 HSMs, including configuration, maintenance, and key ceremonies using FutureX and UtiMacho
• Perform data center hands-on tasks including COLDLOADS and HSM maintenance/key loading
• Provide database support for SQLMX Database, understanding DB technologies for training and additional responsibilities
• Manage Tokenization and Enterprise Key Management System for encrypting data at rest across 3 different solutions
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for all NonStop systems
• Manage internal SSD disk storage
• Manage dedicated virtual tape backup for all NonStop systems
• Act as Product Manager for Enterprise Architecture products
• Manage production and lower-level environments for 37 NonStop systems
Required Qualifications
• Expert working knowledge of Pathway CGI programming
• Hands-on experience with tools vi, make, bash, and ksh shell scripts
• Field experience and working knowledge of HPE NonStopServlets for JavaServer Pages (NSJSP) integration differences
• Understanding of Networking: Load balancers, firewall policies, TCP/IP, NDM, UserAccess, IPAM
• Understanding of Security: Safeguard, Hashicorp password vaulting, ACL, users
• Experience with ChronoStream DB (CSDB) feeds
• Experience with HSM support, configuration, maintenance, and key ceremonies
• Experience with COLDLOADS and HSM maintenance/key loading in a data center environment
• Experience with SQLMX Database support
• Familiarity with Tokenization and Enterprise Key Management Systems
• Experience with performance tuning and capacity planning for NonStop systems
• Experience managing internal SSD disk storage
