2+ years of external audit experience from large CPA firms, including a senior busy season
Combination experience in external audit and corporate accounting/finance is acceptable
CPA certification or progress towards it is preferred
Experience in corporate accounting/finance at a large public company is a plus
Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills, especially in GAAP and FASB standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced skills being particularly desirable
Responsibilities
Engage in critical financial and accounting projects for major corporations
Participate in IPO readiness, mergers and acquisitions, and carve-outs
Collaborate with teams to provide value-added services to clients
Support office growth and contribute to the Firm's strategic goals
Cultivate client relationships and maintain high standards of client service
Adapt to various assignments across different industries

Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
External auditors from large CPA firms with 2+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a senior
