Make an Impact Where it Matters Most as a Hospital Medicine Nurse Practitioner in Fresno, California

Deliver patient-centered care that makes a difference. In this role, you'll collaborate with a skilled team, contribute to clinical excellence, and enjoy opportunities for professional growth - all while serving the Fresno community.

We are hiring full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioners for our swing shift role.

Local Team Collaboration:
  • Join a team of 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers at Community Regional Medical Center.
  • Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. Become an integral member of the hospitalist team and community.
  • Community Medical Centers is affiliated with UCSF Fresno, which offers training to residents and fellows.
  • Community Regional Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Qualifications:

Scheduling:
  • We are looking for a nurse practitioner for an admitting/swing-shift role.
  • 7 on/7 off schedule.
  • Shifts are 12 hours in length; 12 pm -12 am and 1 pm - 1 am.

  • No procedures required.
  • Work alongside other day and swing shift advanced practice providers.
  • Our patient population is diverse, so we are looking for a nurse practitioner who enjoys addressing a broad spectrum of patient needs.

Rewards and Compensation:
  • Annual compensation of $165,000 - $170,000 salary + bonuses, based on the number of shifts worked.
