Hospitalists/Nocturnists Needed at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas
Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, an 850-bed facility, is seeking to recruit four (4) Nocturnists in the Fall of 2026. These positions will be a 7 on/7 off opportunity covering the 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. shift in a busy hospital. The ICUs will be closed and managed by a group of critical care intensivists. This is a busy service with an Emergency Room that has over 64,000 visits per year.
Qualified candidates must be either BE/BC in Internal Medicine and be licensed in the State of Arkansas. This position does qualify for a J-1 waiver but with an expected start date in the Fall of 2026.
