Hospitalist to join our well-established, collegial team in beautiful
Santa Cruz, California. This opportunity will be based at
Dominican Hospital.

- Open ICU with no procedures or codes required (optional procedures if desired)
- Blend of rounding and admitting/swing shifts with additional admitting/swing shifts available for extra compensation
- Emphasis on quality of care and physician autonomy
- Opportunity to precept and mentor APPs and residents
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary: $315-340k annually
- Productivity-based bonus potential
- Sign-on Bonus: $60,000
- Relocation Assistance: $20,000

Job Requirements- MD or DO
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- California Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Completion of accredited Internal Medicine residency
