Position Highlights- Full-time HM position
- 7 days on/7 days off schedule
- Monday through Sunday block rotation
- Day shift hours: 7am to 7pm

Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and daily rounds
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized adult patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, consultants, and hospital staff
Qualifications- Current Florida NP or PA license (or eligibility)
- Board certification as an NP or PA
- Prior hospital medicine, inpatient, internal medicine, critical care, or emergency medicine experience required
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
