Location: On- site at Taylor Regional Hospital, Kentucky
Schedule: Full-time position

Position Summary:
Taylor Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospital Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our Revenue Cycle team. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our organization while supporting exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clinical, coding, compliance, and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate audit responses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor billing, collections, payment posting, and accounts receivable activities.
• Oversee audit response preparation, documentation submission, and appeal processes.
• Develop and implement policies and best practices to maximize efficiency and minimize revenue leakage
• Ensure organizational compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Coordinate and manage all external payer audits, including Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC), Unified Program Integrity Contractor (UPIC), Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC), Medicaid, commercial payer, and other regulatory audits.

What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's in business, healthcare administration, finance, accounting or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement methodologies.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
