You'll partner closely with our veterinary and operational leaders to support our people, strengthen the client experience and ensure we continue delivering excellent patient care.

The RoleAs Hospital Manager, you'll set the tone for the hospital each day.
You'll create clarity, reduce friction and ensure the hospital operates in a consistent, compliant and respectful way. You'll be visible and accessible to the team, providing clear direction while creating an environment where people feel supported and accountable.
You will:
- Lead, coach and develop the hospital team.
- Set clear expectations around performance, behaviour and accountability.
- Build trust through consistency, transparency and follow-through.
- Partner closely with DVMs and clinical leaders to support hospital performance.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, retention and team development.
- Proactively address performance or behavioural concerns.
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to meet the needs of the hospital.
- Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators.
- Ensure hospital policies, procedures and compliance requirements are consistently followed.
- Help create a positive, collaborative culture where both people and patients can thrive.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who brings a balance of
people leadership, operational capability and emotional maturity.
Ideally, you will have:
- Previous leadership or management experience within a veterinary hospital.
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong coaching and performance-management skills.
- The confidence to have difficult conversations when required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to build strong partnerships with veterinarians and clinical leaders.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on approach - this is an on-site leadership position.
- The ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused in a busy clinical environment.
