Were hiring aHospice Liaison - a dynamic and compassionate professional who builds relationships with referral sources, promotes Silverados hospice services, and supports families in accessing care. This role combines sales expertise with a mission-driven approach to connect patients with dignified, meaningful end-of-life care.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources on behalf of Silverado Hospice
  • Meet sales quotas and conversion ratio requirements
  • Generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development
  • Promote and position Silverados programs and services to medical professionals, civic organizations, and the community through regular visits
  • Introduce and sell hospice services to industry professionals, families, and individuals in a manner that reflects Silverados quality of care
  • Manage sales territory and maintain a contact database
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts

Anticipated pay range

$80,000-$90,000 USD
